It can be hard to keep the focus on Christ during the busy holiday season. One thing that makes it even harder is we don't talk about it with others! We get caught up in all the business, and we often find ourselves talking with others about Santa, movies, gifts, family travel plans, parties, etc., etc.. There's nothing necessarily wrong with talking about these things. But if we want to keep the season centered around Christ and about celebrating the Gospel, than we need to be able to talk with others about it. If the whole reason for the season is to celebrate Christs birth, and what He accomplished on earth, than lets celebrate it together!! I hope to give you some good questions to ask to help you keep your conversations with others focused on the true reason we are celebrating.
1. What about Christ's birth stands out to you the most?
2. Why do you think Jesus had to come in the flesh?
3. If you could be anyone in the Christmas story, who would you want to be and why?

15. What are some ways you celebrate God's gifts to us at Christmas?
16. What are some practical ways we can proclaim the birth of Christ?
17. Do you know why people started using Christmas trees?
18. How do you slow down in the busyness and focus on Christ?
19. Do you do anything special to celebrate Advent?
20. How is the Christmas story essential to the whole Gospel story?
21. Do you know what each Advent candle represents?
22. How do you think you would respond if an angel appeared to you and gave you life-changing news?
23. Why do you think celebrating the birth of Christ brings so much peace?
24. How does Christmas remind us that God fulfills His promises?
25. Why do you think God chose for His Son to be born to a lowly carpenter family, to a young virgin, in the small insignificant town of Bethlehem, and laid in a manger, instead of born in royalty?
I hope these questions are helpful to you! I hope they help you meditate on the birth of Christ and it's significance and that they help you share these truths with others.
Merry Christmas!
